Pre-registration is no longer available for this program. However, on-site registration will be available Wednesday, December 9, 2009, at the Palazzo Ballroom C. Please note that seating at the symposium is limited. Pre-registration is for planning purposes only and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
